Your purchase and your files
The Job Change Decision Kit costs $29 USD once. BeLikeNative sells the kit through StateWage, with payment handled by Stripe.
What you receive
Your purchase provides a ZIP containing the offline browser workspace, its guide, and fictional example data. Once your payment is verified, the confirmation page gives you the download. Extract the entire folder and open index.html in desktop Chrome.
No subscription or bank connection is included. The kit doesn't calculate taxes or provide a payroll service. Your entered amounts and dates determine the results.
Refunds within 30 days
Email lipmichal@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase to request a full refund. Include the email used at checkout and your receipt reference so we can find the payment. Don't send card numbers.
Approved refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank determines when the credit appears. Refunds end access to the paid download; delete your application copies after a refund. You can keep your own entered data and reports.
This policy doesn't limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Personal use and backups
You may use the kit on your own devices for personal decisions and keep backup copies. You may share reports you create for those decisions.
You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the application files as a shared download. Included third-party fonts keep their own license terms. The purchase doesn't promise future features, ongoing payroll updates, or access to other products.
Existing memberships
A kit purchase delivers this ZIP and doesn't create a zovo.one Pro or Lifetime membership. If you already have a membership, check your existing access before buying.
Send your purchase email or receipt reference. Existing access depends on the terms of your membership; this page doesn't remove an entitlement you already have.
Keep your work private
The downloaded workspace processes your plan on your device. Browser saves, JSON backups, CSV files and printed reports can contain personal pay information. The kit doesn't encrypt these files, so store and share them with care.
Payment and download verification happen online. Keep your private confirmation link and a downloaded copy. Browser recovery can help with a recent purchase, but it doesn't restore plans saved inside the offline app.
Support from the seller
Contact BeLikeNative at lipmichal@gmail.com for delivery problems, refund requests, or questions about the kit. Include your browser and a short description of the problem. Avoid sending salary details or a complete backup unless you choose to share them.
The kit organizes assumptions. It doesn't establish tax liability, repayment enforceability, benefit eligibility, or a safe date to leave your job.
