If your purchase isn't found
Try the browser and device used for checkout. Clearing cookies, using a private window, or switching browsers can remove the saved purchase reference.
Your bookmarked confirmation link is another way to open the payment check. Don't share that link publicly. A Stripe receipt and your kit confirmation link serve different purposes; the receipt may not include the download link.
Get help with delivery
Email lipmichal@gmail.com with the email used at checkout and your receipt reference. Don't send card details, salary records, or the contents of your plan.
Purchase recovery restores download access. Your saved plans remain on your device or in your own JSON backups.
